What's involved in CPR?

I teach proper hand placement for chest compressions, rescue breathing techniques, and AED training for adults and infants.

What's involved in First Aid?

I teach how to stop major bleeds using bandages and splints, tourniquets, heimleich maneuver, epi pen use, asthma management, proper use of gloves and hand-washing.

Who benefits the most from CPR training?

Anyone and everyone.

How often do I need to renew my license?

A certification is good for two years.

Do I need to be certified to use an AED?

No, but having special training is a major benefit in a time of crisis.

How long does each course take?

A full live CPR / First Aid course lasts about 4-5 hours, the blended version takes 1-2 hours.

Which businesses need to know CPR?

It is highly recommended that all facilities have members trained in CPR.
